Build infrastructure that countries depend on

Aura Link is a small, senior engineering organisation. We deploy inside Tier-1 carrier cores, national fiscal systems and defense-grade security estates — environments where a bad release is not a rollback, it is an incident. That shapes who we hire and how we work.

How we work

  • Small teams with real ownership. The engineer who designs a subsystem is the engineer who operates it.
  • Written proposals before large changes. If it cannot be explained on a page, it is not understood yet.
  • On-site where the work demands it. Carrier core and sovereign deployments are not remote-only work, and we are honest about that up front.
  • Security is not a phase. Threat modelling happens in design review, not in a pre-launch scramble.

Where we are hiring

Our engineering base is Dubai, with delivery across the GCC, Levant and Africa. Roles recur in four areas:

  • Telecom & Digital Services — 5G core, RAN modernization, IMS/VoLTE, carrier VAS platforms handling millions of concurrent sessions.
  • Enterprise Systems & Sovereign Cloud — national-scale fiscal and tax engines, ERP integration, in-country cloud architecture.
  • Cybersecurity & Threat Intelligence — SOC engineering, detection content, red-team and penetration testing, incident response.
  • SME Infrastructure & Business Solutions — turnkey platforms, managed infrastructure and the tooling that keeps them supportable at volume.

What we look for

Depth over breadth of buzzwords. We would rather talk to someone who has taken one hard system into production and kept it alive than someone who has touched twelve at surface level.

  • Evidence you have operated what you built, including the incident you would rather not talk about.
  • Comfort with constrained environments: air-gapped estates, regulated data residency, hardware you cannot simply replace.
  • Clear technical writing. Our clients are engineers and regulators, and both read what we send.
  • English working proficiency; Arabic is a strong advantage across most of our delivery footprint.

How to apply

Send your CV and a short note to careers@auralink.ae. Tell us which of the four divisions you are aiming at and point us at one thing you have built that you are willing to be questioned about in detail. A repository, a design document or a post-incident review all work better than a cover letter.

Our process is a technical screen, a deep-dive on your own prior work, a systems-design conversation and a conversation with the division lead. We aim to close it inside three weeks and to tell you where you stand at each stage.

We hire on merit and we do not discriminate on nationality, gender, religion, age or disability. If you need an adjustment at any point in the process, say so and we will arrange it.

A note on recruiters and data

We do not accept unsolicited agency submissions and we do not pay fees for CVs sent without a signed agreement in place. Applications are handled under our Privacy Policy; write to dpo@auralink.ae to have your application data deleted at any time.
